Q. How long does it take to complete a project
A. Depending on size 3-7 days

Q. Do I have to get HOA approval
A. Yes, all subdivisions have an approval committee , We will have to submit a copy of your lot survey, showing location and size of project along with drawing, paint color, shingle color and other materials used.

Q. Who will handle HOA approvals
A. We will submit all necessary paperwork to your HOA committee if they allow us to. If they will not, we will guide you through the process.

Q. Will my patio cover look like an addition to our house, or will it look like it was built with the house.
A. We build all patio covers to look as if it was built as part of the original plans.

Q. Will I have to deal with several different contractors. Example: If I want to add additional concrete, do I have to hire someone else for that.
